WHO: LEXI, the company behind the industry’s most comprehensive IoT platform that’s transforming how enterprises and consumers manage and automate their Smart Spaces, has signed a term sheet with a Major International Telecommunications Company for a Smart Home pilot program in 300 homes.
WHAT: The pilot program consists of: 1) Smart Home Kits for each of the 300 sites, including a LEXI Universal IoT Gateway and a variety of smart home devices such as video cameras, sensors, lighting, and lighting controls, 2) the comprehensive LEXI mobile app to add, control, and manage devices, and 3) the LEXI Cloud for reporting and analytics, administration, and customer service.
WHEN: The pilot is expected to begin deployment in Q1 2023. Following a successful pilot, production rollout will begin on a full scale launch to the Telco’s full subscriber base in 2023, which includes 4M broadband and 70M non-broadband subscribers.
